And outlets for thoughtful ways to reduce the harmful circumstance we face are limited, and for some, non-existent. Finding comfort, peace, and mindfulness in nature has been a proven measure to find relief from these elements that tax our well-being. 

Join us in Seward Park as Sifu Kimberly Bowen introduces teens to moving meditation. This program is suitable for all levels of meditation practice, and takes place amidst the ancient trees of Seward Park.
