Step outside, slow down, and discover the hidden symphony within Seward Park, a recognized Quiet Urban Park. Let the wind in the trees and birdsong guide you on a journey of mindful listening. Why Take a Soundwalk? Refresh your mind and reduce stress, reconnect with nature and your surroundings, notice sounds you've never heard before, and join a worldwide movement celebrating the beauty of quiet.

Beth Glosten leads quiet sound walks as a volunteer for Quiet Parks International. Quiet Parks International is a non-profit committed to saving quiet for the benefit of all life and has presented our Seward Park with its designation as a Quiet Urban Park.

Join Beth Glosten on a quiet sound walk in Seward Park. Bring your curiosity—no special equipment needed. Walk, listen, and enjoy! We'll walk about 1.8 miles on the side trails of Seward Park's Magnificent Forest; there are some rocky areas in the trails. Please wear appropriate footwear.

Let's listen together.
