Across the rugged and remote North Cascades a creature as hardy as the mountain peaks it calls home ranges across terrain accessible only to the most adventurous humans. Cascades Wolverine Project is a grassroots effort to support wolverine recovery in the North Cascades. The group monitors this elusive mountain carnivore through winter field surveys, and a year round community science program that relies on outdoor recreationalists. Translating their research into action, Cascades Wolverine Project creates visual storytelling narratives and promote community engagement in the conservation of our regions alpine ecosystems and the creatures that call them home.

Join project co-founder and photographer David Moskowitz for an evening of stories about one of the most amazing and rare species found in the Pacific Northwest. Learn about what the return of this species to our region means about the conservation challenges and opportunities we face today.
