Native Plant Sale

October 14, 2017 - Seattle, WA

Native Plant Sale
Saturday, October 14th      9:00am to 5:00pm
Sunday, October 15th         9:00am to 4:00pm

Seward Park Audubon Center will offer healthy, locally sourced native plants for sale with expert advice on selection, planting, and care, the weekend of October 14th and 15th at its annual Fall Native Plant Sale.

Native plants provide birds and other wildlife with a greater variety of food sources and shelter, and play a vital role in maintaining a healthy ecosystem. Having evolved within our indigenous ecosystem, native plants support the diet of native insects, native birds, and other wildlife. Upon maturity, native plants can also be easier to maintain because they are naturally suited to our climate, requiring less water and care than non-natives and ornamental plants.

Pre-sales will be available the week before the sale.

All proceeds support Seward Park Audubon Center programs.
