Guided Nature Walk special naturalist-led interactive walks for youth groups during the school day.

- Guided Walk (1.5 hours)
- Guided Walk + Restoration (3.5 hours including lunch break)
Urban Ecology Field Trips: At the time of registration, teachers choose one of our three ecosystem-based focus areas: Lake Washington, Garry Oak Savannahs, Old-Growth Forests, or Arts & Nature. On the day of the program, participants are divided up into small groups of 10-15 and rotate through several outdoor learning stations for 50-60 minutes per station.

Classroom Programs: Let us come to you with one of our Outside In classroom science enrichment programs.
- $50/program ~ 1 hour per class
- Water Chemistry Testing: test local water for key chemical pollutants while learning about pollution sources and effects
- People and Water: water cycle, water pollution, and the human impacts on water
- Trial of a Tree: mock-trial style lessons in community involvement in environmental issues
- Owls and Osteology: basics of owl ecology as well as pellet dissections
- Climate Change: climate change 101, and how kids can help!
Field Investigations and Inquiry Based Learning Projects: creating websites, photo shows, investigative reports, conducting field experiments and research, etc. Please contact us to discuss options for your school.
