SEWARD STEWARDS
Seward Stewards are people of all ages who come to help us
beautify our campus. Volunteer days are filled with great
work projects that benefit Seward Park Audubon’s building
and surrounds. Volunteering is a small way of saying how much
you appreciate Seward Park and its mission.
GREEN SEATTLE
The Green Seattle Partnership has a vision of a city with
diverse, invasive-free, sustainable-forested parklands supported
by an aware and engaged community working together to protect
and maintain this resource. Seward Park partners with the
Seattle Parks & Recreation and the Cascade Land Conservancy
to help promote and facilitate this event.
AUDUBON ACTION
The choices you make at home, in your yard, and in your community
impact the health and safety of the environment. Audubon Action
Seward Park is a local community grassroots group that meets
quarterly at the Center and learns ways to make an impact
locally through activism and action.
CHRISTMAS BIRD COUNT
Birders and nature enthusiasts at Seward Park join birders
across the western hemisphere and participate in Audubon’s
longest-running wintertime tradition, the annual Christmas
Bird Count (CBC).
GREAT BACKYARD BIRD COUNT
Every February Great Backyard Bird Count (GBBC) gives everyone
a chance to discover the birds in their neighborhood. Seward
Park facilitates this exciting and informative program for
local birders.
