Camps
Summer Nature Camps 2009
Seward Park Audubon Center offers 6 different
weeks of summer camp this year. Youths ages 10-15 years old
can participate in hikes, games, field trips, and crafts centered
on local nature themes. Camps are held almost entirely outdoors
Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM until 3:00 PM, and youth
are divided into groups by age. Most camps include field trips
to local outdoor attractions, as well as a special overnight
camp-out at the Center on Thursday night. We also take breaks
for afternoon cool-offs in the lake and lots of fun games
and activities.
Art Camps: June
29 - July 3
Adventure Camps: July 6 - 10 & August 3 - 7
Ecology Camps: July 13 - 17 & August 10 - 14
Photography Camp: July 20 - 24
